Vince Gill Jams With Some Lucky Songwriters. [WATCH]

Vince Gill recently invited some young songwriters into his home studio, he picks up an old guitar and then something magical happens. Watch this!

Vince Gill is all about songwriting. The man has written songs for every huge name you know, he also happens to have a golden voice and is a virtuous master of the guitar. He is truly a patron of the arts as well and is constantly inspiring people to make music.

Vince recently invited a group of young artists from the Constituting America songwriting contest into his home studio in Nashville. The lucky group got to hang out with Vince and see his enormous collection of vintage guitars, as well as his enormous collection of Grammys.

While playing old guitars, the group naturally broke out into song, singing a gospel standard “How Great Thou Art.” A female vocalist took the lead, while Vince and another writer played guitar and sang harmony. The sound waves they create are simply amazing, and will definitely give you chills. Watch the jam below!

There’s obviously a great amount of talent in that room and hopefully it inspires you to make some music for yourself. Behind all the great songs on the radio are the songwriters who wrote them, and that could be you.
