Hank Williams Jr. is a Grandfather!

Holly Williams welcomes her first child with Chris Coleman!

It’s a country music royal birth! Holly Williams (granddaughter of legendary Hank Williams and daughter of Hank Williams Jr.) and husband Chris Coleman of the Kings of Leon welcomed their baby girl in Nashville on Tuesday, Sept. 30, at 1:45 p.m. Baby Stella June weighed in at 7 lbs., 12 oz., and measured 21 inches long.

The baby’s name came from Holly’s great great aunt (Stella) and her maternal grandmother (June). This is William’s first child, however she has had great advice from celebrity friends.

Sheryl Crow has given me advice about touring on the road with little kids — you can’t be in a van anymore,” Williams joked to Us at the Rolling Stone Country launch party in June.

“And Gwyneth [Paltrow] has told me about making your own baby food and cooking and steaming food. And then you know Karen Fairchild [Little Big Town] is really good about balancing baby time and tour time. I have a good girl group.” Williams said.

Williams and Coleman married in 2009. He is a multi-instrumentalist who tours with the Kings of Leon, while she released her third album, ‘The Highway,’ in 2013. They announced the pregnancy back in May.

Both artists just returned from long stretches of touring and plan to spend at least the next two weeks at home together, the first time they’ve been together at home that long since 2012.

“The thought of just being in a rocking chair with her and being still and quiet for hours and hours upon end, even if I’m exhausted, sounds like such a peaceful bonding time,” Williams says.

Congratulations to this lovely new family!
