It was recently announced that the King of country music, George Strait, will be releasing his epic final concert on DVD for the world to see.
If you missed the final show by King George back on June 7th, then you’ll get the chance to see and own it on August 28th when the official concert DVD releases. The big night was the conclusion of George’s record breaking final tour, The Cowboy Rides Away Tour.
The historic night in Arlington Texas at AT&T Stadium included performances by a plethora of huge stars including Jason Aldean, Ray Benson, Kenny Chesney, Eric Church, Sheryl Crow, Vince Gill, Faith Hill, Alan Jackson, Miranda Lambert, Martina McBride and Strait’s son, George “Bubba” Strait Jr. These friends of George joined him on stage for certain songs and helped the star close out his touring career in style.
