Florida Georgia Line Respond to Charlie Robison On Twitter

Florida Georgia Line take to twitter to address Charlie Robison's comments about Sony Music Nashville's executive's interview.

It looks like Texas-based singer Charlie Robison has started a war with Florida Georgia Line and Sony Music Nashville following comments made about artists “not existing” if they are not played on country radio.

Robison posted a lengthy Facebook message, directed at Sony Music Executive Gary Overton, that at one point inadvertently brought Florida Georgia Line into the conversation.

“I spent so many years in Nashville watching you ignorant wastes of space sit behind your big desk and act like me and all the the Texas/Red dirt artists don’t exist, well Mr. ”I have a job today but as soon as Florida/Georgia line goes out of style, and believe me dumbass they will, you will not exist.'”

Since Robison shared that Facebook post, Florida Georgia Line responded on Twitter:

Shortly after Florida Georgia Line responded on social media, Robison took to Twitter as well.

It’s not clear why Robison took aim at the duo, as they’re not a part of Sony Music Nashville. Robison was signed to Sony in the mid-’90s, and released several albums with the record company before splitting.
