Darius Rucker brings his 'Southern Style' tour mates in on the 21-year old Hootie and The Blowfish hit "Hold My Hand".

It’s been almost 21 years since the Darius Rucker-led band Hootie and The Blowfish released “Hold My Hand” but the song can still get a crowd excited.

On May 30, Rucker brought his Southern Style tour to Susquehanna Bank Center in Camden, N.J. where he put a country spin on the song when inviting tour mates Brett Eldredge, Brothers Osborne and A Thousand Horses to join him on it.

Rucker took the first verse before Eldredge, Brothers Osborne’s TJ Osborne and A Thousand Horses’ Michael Hobby alternated the remaining verses and put their own country spin on the now-fiddle-heavy track.

Darius Rucker’s Southern Style Tour launched on May 14th, the four-month trek is one of country music’s hottest tickets, stocked with chart-toppers, up-and-comers and, as of this week, the Number One country band on country radio. That final accolade goes to roots-rock rookies A Thousand Horses, whose “Smoke” recently climbed to the top of the Country Airplay chart. The tour runs through August and you can see tour dates below!
