Canaan Smith is on the rise. The Virginia native just scored his first certified Gold single for “Love You Like That.” The new single is the first off his much anticipated upcoming album Bronco, which drops on June 23rd.
Canaan is a great songwriter, and co-wrote “Love You Like That” with Brett Beavers, and Casey Beathard. Smith co-wrote seven of the total ten songs on the album, and also co-wrote the top ten hit “Runaway” for Love and Theft.
The new single has hit five-hundred thousand unit sales, thirty-three million in combined streams, and has peaked at number nine on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart. The music video for the new track has nearly seven million views and is steadily rising as well. Check it out below!
